Returns and Cancelled Orders
Returns:
It is your responsibility to check for discrepancies or defects in an order.
Returns must be authorized DixieLand Camo in advance. To return an item you must contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving your order and obtain a return authorization number.
All requests may be submitted in 3 ways:

Returns of Unwanted Merchandise must be approved in advance and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges.
Authorized returns must be accompanied by a return authorization form or number from DixieLand Camo.
•All items must be clean and unworn with all tags attached.
•Items will not be accepted that have been washed, worn, altered, or smell of perfumes, lotions, or smoke. Tags must be attached!
•Due to health regulations, panties, thongs, swimwear, boxers, and any similar intimate item cannot be returned.
•Shipping costs are at the cost to the customer.
•DixieLand Camo reserves the right to refuse a return.
•All returns that are received without a return authorization number will be refused.
•Returned items are to be shipped via UPS Ground or Insured U.S. Mail
Cancelled Orders
Cancelled orders must be approved in advance and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges. Discontinued or close-out items are not returnable. Return fees must be prepaid. Please contact DixieLand Customer Service for a return authorization. All requests may be submitted in 3 ways:
