How do I contact DixieLand Camo?

Can I place my order by phone? 

       Absolutely! Our friendly customer service representatives will be happy to take your order over the phone. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.

What form of payment does DixieLand Camo accept? 

       We accept payment online or through fax via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, America Express, and PayPal. For mail-in orders, we will accept a Personal Check or Money Order. Please do not send cash. 

What if I don't have a credit card? 

       We will accept a Personal Check or Money Order. We will not ship the order for 14 days in order for the personal check to clear from your bank. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 nsf fee. Please do not send cash with a mail-in order. Download our order form, fill in, and mail it along with your payment to:

Will I pay sales tax? 

       We collect sales tax on orders shipped to Louisiana only. 

When will my credit card be charged? 

       Upon placing your order, your credit card is authorized and set for payment immediately. 

When will my order ship? 

       For orders with payment secured with a credit card, every effort is made to ship your order within 24-72 hours. For orders with payment secured with a personal check, your order will ship within 14 days. 

Once I place my order, will I receive verification that my order has been received? 

       Yes. For orders placed online, we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received and is in processing. This email confirmation will include your order number and all pertinent information regarding your order. 

       For orders sent via the U.S. mail, you will receive a confirmation in a discreet envelope through the mail. 

Will I be notified that my order has shipped? 

       Yes, you will be notified that your order has shipped. We will send you an email stating that your order has shipped, the method of shipment, and a tracking number for your package. 

       At this time, you will be notified if any items are on back order or sold out for the season. 

Once I have submitted my order, can I make any changes or cancel my order? 

       Unfortunately, once the order has been submitted, due to our fast turnaround, we usually cannot accept changes or cancellations. If you think it is necessary to alter your order, please call us at 1-800-748-7039 and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. DixieLand Camo is committed to customer satisfaction, and we will be happy to help you with your order any way we can! 

Where is my order shipping from? 

       All orders are shipped from our retail store at 130 Crooks Lane, Dry Prong, LA 71423. 

Do you offer discreet packaging? 

       Yes we do. All of our merchandise is shipped in plain bags or boxes, with no labels or logos. We must, however, include our parent company name, ECI Central, llc., and company address for security purposes. The word "lingerie" or any other distinguishing words indicating the contents of the box will not appear anyplace on the packaging. 

Do you include any invoices or packing slips in the box with the shipment? 

       We do not include any invoices in your package. For orders received online, an invoice will be emailed back to you. For orders received through the mail, an invoice will be mailed in a discreet envelope. However, a packing slip showing an itemized list of the contents of the box will be included. This slip will include your order number and customer number, and we will need that information should it be necessary for you to call us to discuss you order once it has arrived. 

What do you charge for Shipping and Handling? 

       DixieLand Camo works hard at keeping costs down for their customers, and for this reason we do not charge a handling fee. Shipping fees are a flat $4.95 per order added at the time your order is placed, and are reflected on your order confirmation. For orders over $50.00, shipping is free! 

For orders submitted using our order form and paying with check, please refer to the scale shown in the box to calculate shipping charges. 

Do you offer express shipping? 

       If your order needs to go overnight or 2nd day, the order must be phoned in by noon EST. Please state at the beginning of discussing your order with our customer service representative that this is a "RUSH" order. Additional shipping fees will apply. 

Can I exchange an item? 

       Absolutely! Please see our Return Policy. 

       DixieLand Camo does have in place procedures for returning merchandise. For your convenience, we can email a Return Authorization Form should it become necessary for an exchange. 

What is your Return Policy? 

       If you experience any problems or have any concerns, please call us at 1-318-640-4311 or 1-800-748-7039 during our customer service hours of Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. To return an item you must contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving your order and obtain a return authorization number. 

•All items must be clean and unworn with all tags attached. 

•All pre-packaged items must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

 •Items will not be accepted that have been washed, worn, altered, or smell of perfumes, lotions, or smoke. Tags must be attached! 

•Due to health regulations, panties, thongs, swimwear, boxers,and any similar intimate item cannot be returned. 

•Shipping costs are at the cost to the customer. 

• DixieLand Camo reserves the right to refuse a return.  

•All returns that are received without a return authorization number will be refused. 

•Returned items are to be shipped via UPS Ground or Insured U.S. Mail.

 How long does it take for my refund to appear on my credit card statement? 

       We will process your refund as soon as we receive your return. However, your credit card company may take up to 30 days to process the refund and it reflect on your card statement. 

Do you ship internationally?       

       Unfortunately, we cannot offer shipping outside the United States at this time. Please continue to check back with us often as we are working diligently to provide our products to international customers. 

How can I check the status of my order? 

       When you placed your order, an email was sent giving you a link to check the status. You can also check your order status via email to sales@DixieLandCamo.com or by calling our customer service representative at   1-800-748-7039. 

Is there a DixieLand Camo store near me? 

       Yes! We are located at 130 Crooks Lane in the Prospect Community, Louisiana right in the heart of Louisiana. Call us for directions. 

Do you have a Wholesale Program? 

       We do not offer a wholesale program at this time. 

Can you send me a catalog? 

Unfortunately, we do not produce a catalog for mailing. We sell online only from our website…this helps keep costs down that we can pass on to our wonderful customers. From our website, you can view all items that we carry in our online store, and stay abreast daily of new and exciting items that we offer. No more waiting for the latest edition of our catalog to reach you via snail-mail.
